WEDDING: Tomczak-Evans

Renee Anne Tomczak of Superior and Arthur Henry Evans IV of Seneca Falls, N.Y. married before family and friends on Sept. 8, 2012, at Amnicon Falls State Park in Superior. Rev. Duane Aslyn officiated over the ceremony.

Her parents are Charles and Barbara Tomczak of Superior. His parents are Arthur Evans III of Waterloo, N.Y., and Rita Evans of Seneca Falls.

The bride chose her close friend, Lori Belknap, as her matron of honor. Her bridesmaids included Deb Tomczak, Valerie Vo and Christina Cassano. Olivia Tomczak, niece to the bride, gleefully enjoyed being her flower girl.

The groom chose his brother, Tim Evans, as his best man. His groomsmen included Dan Tomczak, Chris King and John King. Joshua Tomczak, nephew to the bride, guarded the rings diligently as his ring bearer.

The bride is a 1996 graduate of Superior Senior High School. She graduated in 2000 from Quincy University in Quincy, Ill., with a Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. She also attended Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz., and will receive her Masters of Forestry. She is a State Park Ranger for North Carolina State Parks at Hammocks Beach State Park in Swansboro, N.C.

The groom is a 1993 graduate from Mynderse Academy in Seneca Falls. He is self-employed as a bail bondsman in Morehead City, N.C.

The couple plans on honeymooning next year, but in the meantime, enjoy this new married life while residing in the coastal paradise of Morehead City.
