Tiger wrestlers stumble in opener

The Chetek-Weyerhaeuser -Prairie Farm wrestling team defeated the Northwestern Tigers 72-6 Thursday night in Maple.

Josiah Vik won the only match for the Tigers by pinning Chetek’s Tristan Stokes in the 126-pound match. The pin came with one second remaining in the first period.

The Tigers are at Hayward at 7 p.m. Thursday.
