Learn what it takes to be a light in the world

“Lights in the World?” is the theme of the Christian Women’s Gathering of Superior.

Sharry Waldriff of Cloquet shares some childhood memories of Christmas and how she discovered what it means to be a light in the world. Waldriff has been a singer, recording artist and speaker in the Twin Ports area for more than 35 years. She will also provide music, including a Christmas sing-along.

Participants are asked to bring cookies for the annual Christmas Tea and Cookie Sale.

Advance reservations and cancellations are due by Dec. 7 for the 10-11:30 a.m. Dec. 11 brunch at Barker’s Island Inn.
