Senior Connections offers hot, nutritious meals Monday-Friday for people 60 or older. Meals are delivered to homebound individuals and are served at congregate sites in Douglas County. A $3.50 contribution is requested per meal but no one is denied because of inability to pay. Call 715-394-3611 or 800-870-2181. Next week’s menu includes:

Nov. 26: Hot roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, wheat bread, pears.

Nov. 27: Baked fish, potato wedges, carrot coins, pineapple tidbits, multi-grain bread.

Nov. 28: Quiche Lorraine, cheesy hash browns, broccoli, muffin, banana.

Nov. 29: Buttered spaghetti, meat sauce, mixed green salad, dressing, garlic toast, corn, pudding.

Nov. 30: Chicken salad on wheat bread, potato chowder, banana, frosted cake.
