Country Peace Presbyterian Church holds a Memorial Tree-Lighting Service at 7 p.m. Dec. 9 at the church.

Anyone is welcome to add a light to the tree to remember loved ones. The cost is $3 per light and any additional donations would be greatly appreciated.

At the service, the names of those memorialized will be read, and will appear on a sign outside the church.

Following the service, the fellowship of those who are there in honor of loved ones is celebrated with coffee, hot apple cider and goodies, served in the warmth of the sanctuary.

Donations must be received by Nov. 30, if you wish to have the name of your loved one included in the lighting ceremony. Those sending a donation should indicate if the gift is in remembrance of loved ones passed away, a gift of love to living family or friends, or a gift to the church.

Checks should be made payable to the Country Peace Presbyterian Women and mailed to Kirsten Standen, 6760 E. County Road B, South Range, WI 54874.
