Lawyer joins premier organization

The law firm of Fryberger, Buchanan, Smith & Frederick P.A. announced Attorney Paul B. Kilgore has been elected as a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, a premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process. Kilgore focuses his practice on real estate acquisitions, finance and litigation, and on minerals and mining law. He received his law degree cum laude from the University of Minnesota and is certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association as a Real Property Law Specialist.
