Senior Connections offers hot, nutritious meals Monday-Friday for people 60 or older. A $3.50 contribution is requested per meal but no one is denied because of inability to pay. Call 715-394-3611 or 800-870-2181. Next week’s menu includes:
Nov. 5: Salisbury steak with gravy, seasoned noodles, creamed corn, wheat bread and mandarin oranges.
Nov. 6: Roast turkey, sweet potato, green beans, wheat dinner roll, tropical fruit mix.
Nov. 7: Beef stew with carrots and onions, potatoes on the side, biscuit, frosted cake.
Nov. 8: Roasted pork loin, whipped potatoes, gravy, stewed tomatoes, whole wheat bread, fruit crisp.
Nov. 9: Baked chicken, baked potato, sour cream, broccoli, wheat bread, banana.
