In the spirit of Halloween, Duluth Transit Authority drivers may be disguising their true identities on Wednesday by sporting scary costumes and ghostly attire.
In the spirit of Halloween, Duluth Transit Authority drivers may be disguising their true identities on Wednesday by sporting scary costumes and ghostly attire.
DTA drivers are restricted somewhat in what they can wear, however, so as not to interfere with the safe operation of the bus or the safety of passengers. Driver costumes must be in good taste and not offensive to the public.
DTA “Halloween Dress-up Day” has been an annual event that is a treat for drivers and passengers alike – just for the fun of it.
