Charges dismissed against Superior woman

All charges against a Superior woman accused of wiping blood on a Superior Police officer’s uniform and trying to punch him have been dismissed.

All charges against a Superior woman accused of wiping blood on a Superior Police officer’s uniform and trying to punch him have been dismissed.

The charges against Nicole Jean Mazzoni, 25, were dismissed in Douglas County Circuit Court last month.

Mazzoni had been facing felony counts of throwing or discharging bodily fluids at a public safety worker and attempted battery of a peace officer in addition to misdemeanor charges of resisting an officer and disorderly conduct stemming from a March incident.
