Happy harvest

St. Francis Xavier Church, 2316 E. Fourth St., holds its Happy Harvest noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Oct and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday. The event features assorted baked goods, jams, jellies, pickles, relishes, candy, fudge, crafts and books for sale. Sloppy Joes, Coney dogs, hot dogs and beverages will also be for sale.

Craft market

St. Michael’s Church, 4901 E. Superior St., Duluth, hosts a craft market and bake sale 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. The event features jewelry, crafts, artwork, vendors, knits, fleece, baked goods, jams, raffles, White elephant, etc. Purchase raffle tickets Saturday or Sunday for a drawing at 4:30 p.m. Sunday.

Mission emphasis

Hope Congregational Church, 1827 Wyoming Ave. in Superior holds a Missions Emphasis at 10:30 p.m. Sunday during the morning worship service. Special guests are William and Kara Bursch who are attending Moody Bible College in Chicago and working in the inter-city of Chicago for Campus Crusade International.
