Meatball suppers
Country Peace Presbyterian Church, 4694 S. County Road A in the town of Superior holds its Swedish Meatball Supper with a bake sale, craft sale, raffle and silent auction 3:30-7 p.m. Saturday. The menu includes Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, coleslaw, homemade pickles and buns, pie with coffee or milk to drink. Tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for children 6-12, 5 and younger free. Takeouts are available. Call 715-398-0466.
The annual Meatball Supper at St. Anthony Catholic Church, 4315 E. Third St., Superior, runs 4-7 p.m. Tuesday. Menu includes meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, coleslaw, beets, pickles, rolls, butter, coffee, milk, and dessert. Tickets are available at the door. Adults $8, children 12 and under $5, preschoolers are free. Take-outs are available and home deliveries made to the homebound within the city limits. The church is handicap acceptable.
Praise, prayer
Bayside Baptist Church hosts an extended time of praise and prayer at 6:30 p.m. Sunday as we focus on the cross.
Harvest Dinner
Faith Lutheran Church in Maple, Wis., holds its Harvest Dinner 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at the Maple Community Center. Adults are $8, 5-12 years old and $5. Pork roast, mashed potatoes, corn, rutabaga, lefse, rolls and breads, relishes, coffee, milk and dessert is served.
Faith conference
Living Faith International Church hosts an “Abundance Conference” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at the church, 9302 W. Skyline Parkway.
