SPD seeks information on suspected thieves

Superior police are looking for someone to identify suspects in connection with purses from a Superior school and Essentia Health Clinic in Superior.

They are two different incidents and two different suspects, but Superior Police Detective Chris Moe said he has learned the cases are related.

Once the purses were stolen, suspect in each of the crimes went to stores in Superior, Cloquet and the Minneapolis area and either attempted to or used credit cards stolen during the thefts.

Anyone with information about the identity of the thefts is asked to call the Superior Police Department tipline at 715-395-7468 or text an anonymous tip to SPD
