The annual Douglas County Craft Sale sponsored by the Douglas County Home and Community Education runs 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 13 at The Head of the Lakes Fairgrounds, 4700 Tower Ave. Superior.

Several area crafters will have a variety of items for sale. A $1 admission fee is charged, which will include a door prize drawing. Also a bake sale, tea table, silent auction and lunch will be served.

Proceeds for the sale are used to provide scholarships for UWS and WITC students, and scholarships for members, and other educational programs and community services.

The special project this year will be CASDA. Please bring a nonperishable item or a donation. This will give you another chance at the door prize drawings.

The building is handicapped accessible.

For information, call Wendi Kroll at 715-363-2383.
