Oct. 1: Beef tips in gravy, egg noodles, carrot coins, whole-wheat bun, orange pudding.
Oct. 2: Chicken breast, whipped potatoes, gravy, Brussels sprouts, wheat dinner roll, chilled peaches.
Oct. 3: Scalloped potatoes and ham, sweet potatoes, wheat bread, tropical fruit salad.
Oct. 4: Sloppy Joe, potato salad, baked beans, fruit crisp.
Oct. 5: Tuna-macaroni casserole, parsley cauliflower, wheat dinner roll, fruited Jell-O.
