Superior man faces heroin delivery charges
A Superior man was arrested Tuesday for the repeated deliveries of heroin.
A Superior man was arrested Tuesday for the repeated deliveries of heroin.
Carvell Nashun Robinson, of Superior was arrested for the sale/deliver of heroin as a result of an investigation conducted by the narcotics investigators from the Superior Police Department and Douglas County Sheriff’s Office. Robinson will make his initial appearance this afternoon in Douglas County Circuit Court.
More than three grams of heroin was seized during the investigation.
Robinson faces six counts of sale/delivery of heroin and count of sale and delivery as a party to the crime.
Additionally, Robinson is a convicted felon. A search warrant was executed at his residence as part of the investigation and he was found to be in possession of two firearms. Both firearms were seized and an additional charge of felon in possession of a firearm is being sought.
These are preliminary allegations and all suspects are presumed innocent by law pending future court proceedings.
