LOS ANGELES (AP) — A bit actor who played "Leatherface" in the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" reboots of the last decade has been arrested following allegations that he hoarded at least 25 dogs in a smelly motor home.

Santa Monica Police Sgt. Richard Lewis told City News Service on Wednesday that 43-year-old Andrew Bryniarski and his girlfriend, 34-year-old Jennifer Abram, were arrested after officers received multiple complaints of barking and crying dog noises coming from the motor home.

Lewis says the door of the mobile home was ajar when officers arrived and they saw several stacks of dog kennels with multiple dogs in each kennel.

The mobile home reeked of urine and it's unclear if the animals had any food or water.

Bryniarski and Abram later arrived with several more dogs and were arrested.
