One of three men accused of taking part in a May burglary at Superior Shooters Supply faces sentencing in November.

Ryan Benjamin Aho, 25, of Duluth pleaded no contest in Douglas County Circuit Court last week to one count felony burglary as a party to a crime. Charges of misdemeanor theft and felony receiving stolen firearm, both as a party to a crime, were dismissed but will be read in for sentencing. One county felony burglary-arm self with a dangerous weapon as a party to a crime and an unrelated charge of second offense operating while revoked were dismissed.

According to the criminal complaint:

Aho, Cody James Johnson and Antonio Frederick Williams broke into the Boss Electric building along Winter Street to steal copper wire on May 9. After they loaded the wire into their car, Johnson returned to the building. He broke into the adjacent Superior Shooters Supply building and stole a number of handguns; 26 guns were stolen from the business. One of the stolen guns was found at a Brooklyn Park, Minn. residence; another was found at Williams’ brother’s home in Superior. One of the men involved in getting rid of the guns told Superior police officers that Aho and Williams each took the guns they wanted for themselves.

Sentencing for Aho will take place Nov. 1.

Johnson, 19, of Superior faces numerous burglary and theft charges stemming from the incident. He is expected to enter a plea in Douglas County Circuit Court today.

Antonio Williams, 22, of Superior faces felony charges of burglary and receiving stolen firearm and one count misdemeanor theft. His next court appearance is set for Sept. 17.

Romeo Romelle Williams, 28, faces one count each felony theft and misdemeanor of possession of marijuana. His next court appearance is set for Sept. 24.
