To the Telegram

I live in a county that Congressman Paul Ryan (VP candidate) represents. I have been to over a dozen of his town hall meetings. I have seen gyms and auditoriums filled with apprehensive seniors listen to Ryan as he addresses where America was, is now, and where it’s headed. When he concludes he always get a standing ovation. He tells us how his plans don’t change anything for those 55 and older, and how those 54 and younger will still have a safety net. Medicare is going broke and Ryan has proposed a budget for America.

We need bold leaders that are willing to address the problems we face. Ryan is a man of answers and solutions. This country has a spending problem but Democrats have not come up with a serious budget in over 3 years. Ask them where’s their budget, where’s their plan to fix Medicare and they will answer; we don’t have one. We just don’t like Ryan’s.

It’s time to put in leaders that will not kick the can down the road, that’s why we need to make a change this November, before it is too late.
