Malley O’Brien of Superior has once again been selected to the United States Youth Soccer Region II Girls Olympic Development Program Pool in her age group.
Regional and national coaches selected her at a regional camp help in DeKalp, Ill. At this camp, the top 18 players from each of the 14 Midwestern states competed for selection to the Region II pool of 36.

“Being selected to the regional pool is a major accomplishment, said Ellie Singer, Region II Administrator for the Olympic Development Program. “Malley will be observed now and in the future for possible selection to a United States National Team.”
