Kleven serves as GM for Duluth Spirit Mountain Inn

The Duluth Spirit Mountain Inn located in the Proctor area is proud to announce and welcome Pamela Kleven as its new general manager.

Kleven joined the hotel team over three years ago as a front desk clerk and received promotions to front desk manager executive manager within her first year with the company. Her hard work and dedication to the company has contributed to her climb up the corporate ladder consistently to a recent promotion to the general manager position.

Kleven came to the Duluth Spirit Mountain Inn with a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Andrews University in Michigan. She applied her knowledge in architecture to many building improvements and remodeling over her time at the hotel.

She has set and reached multiple record-setting revenue goals for the front desk staff and was successfully able to oversee and manage the front desk and housekeeping department for more than two years as executive manager.

Kleven has also launched several successful advertising campaigns that have contributed to the hotel’s success.

“This is an exciting new adventure for me to take on and it will be a learning experience for all of us involved. I look forward to this challenge and will strive to continue to make this property a success,” Kleven said.
