ENGAGEMENT: Palmi-Collins

Kristina Palmi, daughter of Laurie and James Palmi of Saginaw, Minn., will exchange vows with Michael Collins on Sept. 1 at St. Rapheal’s Catholic Church in Duluth. He is the son of Susan and Michael Collins of Superior.

The bride-to-be is a 2009 graduate of Lincoln High School in Esko, Minn. She is pursuing a degree at Lake Superior College and is employed at Think and Play Learning Center in Esko as a teacher assistant.

The groom-to-be is a 2008 graduate of Superior High School and graduated in 2011 from Lake Superior College in Duluth with an associate degree in electrical technology. He is employed as a signalman for Canadian National Railroad in Stevens Point.
