To the Telegram: Mike Kapalin is running for register of deeds for Douglas County. Mike is a co-worker and a friend of mine. Mike is honest, hard-working, enthusiastic and always willing to help.

Mike Kapalin is running for register of deeds for Douglas County. Mike is a co-worker and a friend of mine. Mike is honest, hard-working, enthusiastic and always willing to help. Mike is involved in his community and cares about people and that they are treated fairly. Mike has a “get it done” attitude that will be a great asset in the office of register of deeds.
I am happy to be voting for a candidate that I can support 100 percent without reservation. Mike has my vote, and I hope you will consider voting for him, too.
