Prosecutor dismisses 2010 hit and run charge

Charges against a man accused of striking a person with a vehicle in a Superior parking lot were dismissed in Douglas County circuit Court last week.

One felony count of hit and run-injury was filed against 41-year-old Anthony Ralph Moran of Superior in May based on an August 2010 incident that occurred in the parking lot of the Superior Wal-Mart.

According to online court records, the charge was dismissed July 11 on a motion from the prosecutor.
