Daijah L. Deeth, 19, of Superior pleaded no contest to one count misdemeanor criminal damage to property last week in Douglas County Circuit Court. Two felony counts of graffiti and one misdemeanor count of graffiti were dismissed.

Deeth also was ordered to pay $1,966.77 restitution to the couple whose truck was damaged and to pay a fine and court costs totaling $275.60.

If the Superior woman successfully completes the sentence, it may be expunged.

She was accused of slashing tires and a truck cover and etching the truck with scratches and writing derogatory words on it with spray paint. Deeth bragged to co-workers that she damaged the vehicle, giving details about the damage, according to the criminal complaint.
