Andrew Wheeler of Wheeler Associates in Duluth attended the President’s Club conference — an invitation-only educational event for independent financial advisers. Hosted by Commonwealth Financial Network®, the nation’s largest privately held independent broker/dealer, the President’s Club conference is open only to the firm’s leading financial advisers, based on a ranking of annual production among Commonwealth’s network of 1,400 financial advisers.

Attendees gathered in Laguna Niguel in Dana Point, California, on April 27-May 2, 2012, to learn key insights and obtain recommendations from industry leaders, including a timely market update, perspectives on the international economy and thoughts on the budget debate. Attendees also engaged in Power Hour networking groups, designed expressly to share perspectives and best practices on client service with peer attendees.

“We commend Andrew Wheeler for his pledge to constantly evolve within his profession,” said Wayne Bloom, chief executive officer of Commonwealth. “Attending this elite event is just one of the many ways in which Andrew Wheeler displays a long-term commitment to educate himself on the best tools and practices to meet the demands of investors.”
