16-year-old dies after swimming in Racine

RACINE, Wis. (AP) — A 16-year-old boy is dead after swimming with friends in Racine.
According to the Racine County Sheriff's Department, the boy had been in Quarry Lake Park at about 7 p.m. Sunday. Sheriff's officials say the boy had been jumping off a pier with friends.
He was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
His name has not been released.
