A garden without digging

Senior Connections invites you to come to a “No Dig Vegetable Garden” project 1-3 p.m. June 12.

Seniors age 60 or older can come to Senior Connections, 1805 N. 16th St., and start their own “No Dig Vegetable Garden.” This is easy and fun to do.

Senior Connections will provide you not only with information, but will also provide you with a plant container, dirt and plants. You will be able to get started by planting your selection on site that day and staff will be available on site to help you. Size and quantity of plants available will vary.

Staff will also be available to answer any questions you may have about eligibility for public programs and other programs offered by Senior Connections.

The event is held rain or shine.
