LETTER: NRA argument getting old
To the Telegram: Speak of the devil. In my letter of May 23, I stated one argument I heard for voting for Walker was that the NRA told voters the Democrats were going to come and take their guns.

Speak of the devil. In my letter of May 23, I stated one argument I heard for voting for Walker was that the NRA told voters the Democrats were going to come and take their guns.
Well, what do you know! In the Duluth News Tribune the same day, May 23, there was a letter to the editor stating the NRA told him that Walker was the candidate who would let him keep his guns. The NRA’s argument is so old. Just substitute any Democrat’s name in the blank letter.
Remember the NRA is a tool of the Republican Party, which is a tool of corporate America. I think people should worry if the Republican’s plan to kill Medicare will go through.
Walker is your man for helping kill Medicare and giving the money to his corporate masters. He’s given more tax breaks to his corporate cronies than people will ever know about. Secrets. Secrets.
