Joel Pettingill used a pitching wedge to ace No. 14S (125 yards) on Saturday at the Nemadji Golf Course.
Golfing with Pettingill were his dad, John Pettingill, Steve Micken and Ricky Gilbertson. Other witnesses were John Kontny and Steve Barshdorf.

Thur. Morning Ladies
The Thursday Morning Ladies at the Nemadji Golf Course will play the North course and the event will be total on even holes. A draw for partners is at 9:15 a.m. with tee times beginning at 9:30 a.m.
The winner of last week’s event of throw out two holes was Mary Meierotto with a 32.
Low scores for the week were Meierotto and Kelly Reed with 47s.
All Nemadji Women’s Club members are welcome to join. Women may join anytime during the year and the league is open to any level of play. The league plays nine holes with an event each week.

Green Dreamers Ladies
Lois Tanula and Phyllis Beeksma carded 46s for low-score honors in the Green Dreamers Ladies League at Northern Pines Golf Course in Iron River. Deb Tischler was next with a 49.
Low net winner was Phyllis Beeksma with a 33, Dee Ginthner birdied No. 3 and Joyce Lind chipped in for a par on No. 6.
Golf begins at 10 a.m. during the month of May. Golfers are asked to be at the clubhouse 20 minutes prior to tee time. Next week’s event will be lowest gross each flight.
