To the Honor Flight Committee and all the marvelous volunteers, my friends and associates that made our flight possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

What a once-in-a-lifetime thrilling event. It’s impossible to explain the surprises, honor, kindness and respect I received. I’m speechless and feel blessed. What a wonderful thing to do for World War II vets. In particular, I want to thank my mentor Judy Weber — my silent angel — who never left my side for about 18 hours, pushing me everywhere in a wheelchair, taking care of my numerous needs. The flight was awesome, well-organized and so very special. I felt so humbled and appreciated; what a wonderful way to honor World War veterans and their families.

P.S. A special thanks to Earl Rogers for his special care and involvement.

Rod Campbell,

Superior
