Theodore A. Christenson, 66, longtime South Range resident, died Sunday, May 13, 2012, in his residence following an illness that he suffered with for a longtime.
Theodore A. Christenson, 66, longtime South Range resident, died Sunday, May 13, 2012, in his residence following an illness that he suffered with for a longtime.
He was born on April 22, 1946 in Superior to Arthur and Charlotte (Smith) Christenson.
He was the owner/operator of Christenson Contracting and was well known for his quality work in construction.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Lowell Dean and his best buddy and brother-in-law, Fred Rose.
Ted is survived by one son, Timothy, Superior; three daughters, Tammy and Tara of Eau Claire, Wis., Joan of Superior; former wife, Joanne Doltz, Eau Claire, Wis.; one brother, Alvin (Janet) Christenson, Barnes, Wis.; two sisters, Eileen Peterson and Betty Rose, both of Superior; many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will begin at 10 until the 11 a.m. memorial service on Friday, May 18, in the Darrow Road Wesleyan Church with Rev. Mark Holmes officiating.
