The Northwestern High School boys golf team remains undefeated in Heart O’ North Conference play following a pair of victories Tuesday at the Spooner Golf Club. The Tigers are now 12-0 in the HON.
Northwestern defeated Spooner and Chetek-Weyerhaeuser with a low team score of 147. Chetek-Weyerhaeuser finished at 177 and Spooner carded a 202 as a team.
Gabe Dinkel was the meet medalist with an even-par 35. Tiger teammate Justin Alexson was next at 36, and Peter Lindsay and Josiah Vik tied for third place with 38s. Grant Pearson had a non-counting 41 for the Tigers.
Northwestern’s Logan Moreau had the low junior varsity score, carding a 40.
