LETTER: ‘Fake’ candidates present challenge

To the Telegram:

Some may think May 8 is a Democrat primary only. It is not. Arthur Kohl-Riggs, a 23-year-old liberal protester who dressed like Lincoln during the budget battle is running as a fake Republican. Kohl-Riggs and Walker will be on the ballot for the May 8 primary.

Do not be confused.

Kohl-Riggs is a liberal, not a Republican. For this reason, Republicans and Gov. Scott Walker supporters need to vote for Walker in the primary.

If they do not and Kohl-Riggs would get enough votes it could eliminate Walker from the election June 5.

So, if you support Walker, you need to get out and vote May 8, and of course, vote for him June 5 too.
