Garrett Javner

Garrett Javner was born March 30, 1968 in Superior, one of nine children born to Jack and Mary (Bushong) Javner.

He grew up in Superior and graduated from Superior High School. He was a devoted son, father, grandfather and brother.

Garrett worked as a carpenter and was a very skilled cabinet maker. He designed and built custom cabinetry for many families and businesses.

Garrett passed away accidentally on Wednesday, April 18, 2012 near Amery, Wis.

He was preceded in death by parents Jack and Mary Javner and nephew Adam Beckel.

He is lovingly remembered by his children Nicolas Cox, Superior, Elizabeth Javner, Superior, Jennifer Javner, River Falls, Wis., Abigail Javner, Superior; grandchildren Blake & Aiden Borowicz, Superior. He is also remembered by his sisters and brothers, Melinda Nyquist, Superior, Mary (Brian) VanHornweder, South Range, Lisa (Roy) Warring, Superior, Jackie (Rick) Hansen, Minong, Wis., BethAnn (Glen) Spaulding, Foxboro, Wendy (Reggie) Levy, Clayton, Wis., Scott (Terri) Javner, Hawthorne, Christopher (Kathy) Javner, Senegal Africa and many nieces & nephews.

A private funeral for family took place on Saturday, April 21 at the Williamson-White Funeral Home. Afterwards family and friends gathered together to share in Garret's celebration of life at his sister Wendy (Reggie) Levy residence where Garrett resided.
