Shirl LaBarre of Hayward plans to hold a recall rally in Superior on Saturday in an effort to oust state Sen. Bob Jauch, D-Poplar.
The recall committee will rally at noon Saturday, April 28 at Barker’s Island amphitheater and at 2 p.m. in Ashland at the band shell on Hwy 2. Speakers include a member of the Northwoods Patriots and an owner of 15 radio stations in northern Wisconsin.
On Wednesday the recall effort reached the half-way point in the 60-day signature-gathering period and the goal behind the rally is to keep the effort on task.
