Mix-N-Mingle

Adults of all ages are encouraged to join Bayside Baptist Church at the corner of New York Avenue and Belknap Street at 6 p.m. today for a potluck dinner — bring a dish to share — followed by a delightful musical program presented by the trio, Ambrosia. A freewill offering will be taken to cover expenses.

Celebrate Recovery

If you want freedom from life’s hurts, hang-ups and habits, we encourage you to check out Celebrate Recovery on Friday nights at Central Assembly of God Church, 3000 Hammond Ave. This ministry seeks to celebrate God’s healing and redemptive power in our lives through the “8 Recovery Principles.” The session begins with a meal at 6 p.m., music and testimonies at 7 p.m., small groups at 8 p.m. and dessert and fellowship at 9 p.m. Call (715) 394-5567.

Family night

Every Wednesday is Family Night at Central Assembly of God, 3000 Hammond Ave., beginning with a meal at 5:30 p.m. Bring a dish to pass if you can. At 6:30 p.m., adults gather in the sanctuary for worship and a DVD marriage series titled “Loved and Respect,” ACTIV8 youth ministry for students in grades 6-12, as well as Wednesday Kids for grades K-5 and Rainbows for children ages 2½-5. Spaghetti supper

Pilgrim Lutheran Church, 820 Belknap St. serves a spaghetti supper 4:30-7 p.m. Thursday. The menu includes spaghetti with Italian sauce, garlic bread, coleslaw, milk, coffee, punch and ice cream. Tickets are $7 for 13 and older, $3.50 for ages 6-12, 5 and younger are free. Tickets are sold in advance and at the door. Call (715) 392-4731. The church is handicap accessible.
