Eli T. Whitmore

Eli T. Whitmore, 25, Duluth, died Friday, April 13, 2012, at St. Luke's Hospital in Duluth.

He was born on August 5, 1986 in Carrollton, Ga. to Terry and Denise (Frey) Whitmore.

He was employed at Blackwoods and at T.R.I. where he enjoyed his position in sales.

He enjoyed skateboarding, motorcycles, fishing and spending time with family and friends.

Eli is survived by his father, Terry Whitmore, Superior; his mother, Denise Whitmore, Hillsboro, Ore.; one sister, Charity Whitmore, Hillsboro, Ore.; three brothers, Michael Whitmore, Portland, Ore., Ira Whitmore, Duluth, Caleb Whitmore, Hillsboro, Ore.; his stepmother, Lori Granley, Duluth; two stepbrothers, Joshua and Ryan Linder; maternal grandmother, Patricia Frey, Portland, Ore.; paternal grandmother, Violet Whitmore, Duluth; uncles, Timothy Whitmore, Jay Kotera and Richard Frey, Portland, Ore.; an aunt, Bobbie Taylor and her son Dominic, both of Oulu, Wis., and another aunt, Rae Jean Clark, Portland, Ore.; other family, relatives and friends.

Eli accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior.

Visitation will begin at 3:00 until the 4:30 p.m. memorial service on Thursday, April 19, in the Lenroot-Maetzold Funeral Home, 1209 E. 5th St., Superior, with Rev. Michael Hoffman of Duluth Bible Church, officiating.
