Your cakes could be talk of the party

WITC-Superior is offering a cake decorating classes each Wednesday through May 5. The classes begin next week and run 6-8:30 p.m. at WITC-Superior. The cost of taking the class is $48.94 or $28.94 for those 62 and better.

Bring your cakes and desserts to life with breathtaking royal icing flowers and spectacular bouquets. Experiment with gum paste. Create beautiful blooms such as pansies, lilies and the famous Wilton rose using royal icing. For a complete supply list go to http://www.witc.edu/supplies. Instructor will provide book for $2.

The course will be taught by WITC adjunct instructor Sandra Rolandson.
