Superior boat launch hangtags available for sale

Annual boat launch hangtags for the city of Superior are available for sale at the Superior Parks and Recreation office, 1316 N. 14th St., second floor, the Nemadji Travel Plaza at 3027 E. Second St., Barker’s Island Marina Ship’s Store at 250 Marina Drive and ICO at 2704 N. 21st St. The cost for a seasonal hangtag is $25 for a city resident, $20 for a senior city resident, $30 for a nonresident and $25 for a senior nonresident. A replacement hangtag is available for $5 if the receipt is presented. Daily permits are also available for $5 at launch sites. Boat launches are located at the Arrowhead Pier, the west end of North 21st Street, Barker’s Island and Loon’s Foot Landing. For more information or a map of locations, look up the city of Superior website, www.ci.superior/wi.us/ and click Parks and Recreation under the Departments tab. Then choose Boat Launches from the side menu.
