Pfc. Thomas Naughton graduated basic training and AIT for Cavalry Scout in November. He graduated Airborne School in December.

Pfc. Thomas Naughton graduated basic training and AIT for Cavalry Scout in November. He graduated Airborne School in December. All were completed at Fort Benning, Ga. He is stationed at Fort Bragg, N.C with the 82nd Airborne, 1st Brigade, 3-73 Cavalry, Bravo Troop, and is on a seven-month deployment to Afghanistan. Thomas is a 2011 graduate of Superior High School. His parents are Daniel and Cindee Beaulieu of Superior and father Robert Naughton of Poplar; he is the grandson of Faye and the late William Wick of Iron River, and Thomas and the late Olga Naughton of Poplar.
