Meals are served at congregate sites throughout Douglas County, and are delivered to homebound individuals.
A contribution of $3.50 per meal is requested, but no one is denied because of inability to pay.

Next week’s menu includes:
March 19: Turkey and noodles, squash, wheat bread, fruit crisp.
March 20: Sweet and sour pork, seasoned rice, steamed cabbage, breadstick, chilled peaches.
March 21: Swedish meatballs, whipped potatoes, broccoli and carrots, wheat dinner roll, tropical fruit mix.
March 22: Chicken stir fry
with vegetables, white rice, 12-grain bread, banana, fortune cookie.
March 23: Egg salad sandwich on wheat bread, tomato basil soup, chilled fruit cocktail, frosted white cake.
