Superior RE/MAX 1 owners, agents earn company honors

Jim and Debbie Ronding, Broker/Owners of RE/MAX 1 in Superior, recently were recognized at the RE/MAX North Central Day of Distinction and Awards Celebration for their outstanding achievements in 2011.

The Rondings were honored with the Broker/Owner of the Year award for 2011 in the single office category for the state of Wisconsin. The award is determined primarily by office growth over the past year, community involvement, strong market presence and strong support of the RE/MAX system.

“Receiving any RE/MAX award in today’s market is a great accomplishment,” said David Linger, RE/MAX North Central executive vice president and regional director. “These achievements come from a lot of hard work and commitment throughout the year, and with the Rondings — they grew their company by over 30 percent in 2011, and since 2009, have rocketed themselves from the No. 5 office in the market to the No. 1 office in listings sold and buyer sales. That is just phenomenal growth and we are very proud to have that type of leadership in the RE/MAX system!”

In addition, Jim Ronding was recognized for achieving the Platinum Club level in 2011. As the third highest regional honor for sales in a single year, only four percent of nearly 2,000 RE/MAX North Central associates in Minnesota and Wisconsin achieved the Platinum Club level in 2011.

The RE/MAX North Central Day of Distinction and Awards Celebration was held Feb. 9 at the St. Paul RiverCentre in St. Paul, Minn., and featured keynote speaker, NFL legend, Joe Theismann.

RE/MAX also honored the following RE/MAX 1 agents at its 2011 Day of Distinction Awards Banquet in St. Paul: Brenda Eisenmann, Nancy Murray and Mike Raivala, Executive Club Award; and Tom Acton, Dana Acton, Steve Braman and Maria Letsos, 100% Club Award.
