Duluth woman arrested for fourth OWI after speeding on Bong Bridge
A Duluth woman was arrested Monday in Superior for a fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol release.
A Duluth woman was arrested Monday in Superior for a fourth offense of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, according to the Wisconsin State Patrol release.
Heidi Christine Rosenbaum, 42, was stopped by a Wisconsin State Patrol trooper at about 10:44 p.m. Monday for speeding on US Highway 2 at the Bong Bridge in Superior. A subsequent investigation resulted in Rosenbaum being arrested for fourth offense OWI and she was transported to the Douglas County Jail. A complaint with one count of fourth offense OWI was filed with the Douglas County Clerk of Courts Office Tuesday, according to online court records.
