Roger Prescott, coach of the University of Wisconsin-Superior women’s basketball team, was named coach of the year by the Wisconsin Women’s Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. His team won the conference’s northern division with a record of 6-4 against WWIAC teams and it posted an all games mark of 12-11. (1985)
