Glenda M. Drallmeier, 81, of Superior died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at her residence.

Glenda M. Drallmeier, 81, of Superior died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2012, at her residence.

Glenda was born in St. Paul, Minn., on Aug. 18, 1930, to Herbert and Annabelle Church. She married Louis Drallmeier in Angola, Ind. on Nov. 28, 1949.

She worked for Jeno's in Duluth for 15 years and was a caretaker at Potawatomi Estates in Barnes for 10 years

Glenda loved picking berries and flowers. She enjoyed cleaning. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis on March 16, 2008; and two grandsons, Edward and Heath Drallmeier.

Glenda is survived by her daughter, Judy (Tom) Jacobson of Superior; three sons, Louis (Irene) Drallmeier Jr. of Florissant, Colo., William (Cindy) Drallmeier of Superior and Robert (Nancy) Drallmeier of Glenwood City, Wis.; six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; brothers, Paul and Eugene Church of Minneapolis and Wayne Church of Florida.

Her funeral service will be held at noon Tuesday Feb. 14 at Darrow Road Wesleyan Church with Rev. Mark A. Holmes officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior. Interment will be in Northern Wisconsin Veteran's Memorial Cemetery, Spooner.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff at the Stardusk House for the wonderful care of their mother over the last five years.
