Tiger girls rebound

The Northwestern girls basketball team rebounded from a 56-36 loss to Hayward on Friday to defeat Ironwood 55-40 Tuesday night. Both games were play in Maple.

Tatum Lee led Hayward with 14 points, which included three 3-point baskets.

Alyssa Correll led the Tigers with 15 points.

Correll led the Tigers again on Tuesday with 21 points. Jayde Giannunzio led Ironwood with 11 points.

The Tigers play at Cumberland at 7 p.m. Thursday.
