Senior Connections offers hot, nutritious meals Monday-Friday for people 60 or older, or with disabilities. Meals are served at congregate sites throughout Douglas County, and are delivered to homebound individuals. A contribution of $3.50 per meal is requested, but no one is denied because of inability to pay. Call (715) 394-3611 or (800) 870-2181.

Feb. 6: Baked ham, Au gratin potatoes, glazed carrots, wheat dinner roll, strawberries, shortcake.
Feb. 7: Meatloaf, roasted red potatoes, spinach, wheat bread, peach cobbler.
Feb. 8: Chicken broccoli rice casserole, California-blend vegetables, 12-grain bread, peaches.
Feb. 9: Rotini, meat sauce, mixed green salad, dressing, green beans, breadstick, frosted cake.
Feb. 10: Salmon patty, sour cream potatoes, creamed peas, cornbread, fruit bar, banana.
