Two high teas for high-speed internet on auction block

A fundraiser for the Immogene McGrath Memorial Library in Lake Nebagamon is doing better than the old adage, tea for two.

It two teas for six during the fundraiser designed to help pay for internet upgrades at the library.

Two festive “high teas” will be held Feb. 11 at the home of Leo and Michele Hughes to benefit the library’s internet upgrades. The first 90-minute seating will be at noon, followed by another at 2 p.m. The highest bidder will get their time preference. The minimum bid is $50 with bids closing at the library at 5 p.m. Feb. 8.
