Mary Elaine Dandrea

Mary Elaine Dandrea, 94, passed away peacefully in her home Jan. 18, 2012, in Sun City, Ariz.

She was born in Spooner, Wis., and grew up in Duluth.

She was a resident of Superior for 55 years. During this time, she volunteered at Cathedral Christ the King Church, was a member of the Community players, the Eagles drill team and the women's bowling league.

She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd T. Dandrea, sister Geraldine Langin and brother James Bradley.

She is survived by her children, James (Cynthia) Dandrea, Anthem, Ariz., Kathleen Duffany, Valley Center, Calif., Geraldine (Alex) Batta, Riverside Calif., Patricia Dandrea, Cadott, Wis., Micheal Dandrea., Mesa, Ariz.; brother Alex (Joan) Bradley, Sun City, Ariz. and sister Jane Olson Hawaii. She has 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

A Mass in celebration of her life will be held at 10 a.m. Feb. 25 at Saint Elizabeth Seaton Church.
