Superior’s Christ Lutheran Church begins the winter quarter of an education program that encompasses all ages on Jan. 8 at 9:15 a.m.
The colorful class material for preschool through 12th grade focuses on the story of God’s love for us in Jesus Christ as seen through the events of the Bible. Children love this fast-paced hour packed with things to do and filled with God’s love. Teens are challenged to apply their faith to real-life situations that call for wise decisions.
Instructional materials provided by Concordia Publishing House, an internationally recognized publisher known for excellent Christian education materials.
While children and teens are in class, college students and adults have the opportunity to participate in a study also at 9:15 a.m. Handouts, common Bibles and audio-visual aids ensure that new or inexperienced Bible students are comfortable.
“No one is ever put on the spot with questions or made to read in public. While your questions to me are always welcome, you can also just sit and listen,” said Pastor David Schoessow, pastor and class leader. Coffee is served.
Sunday Divine Services for the entire family are offered at Christ Lutheran offers Sunday Divine Services for the entire family before and after the Christian Education Hour, at 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. A Wednesday evening service begins at 6:30 p.m.
